| All accommodations in Hawaii are subject to an 13.25% tax. The tax includes the Transient Accommodation Tax and a General Excise Tax (GET). The 13.25% tax will be added to the rental rates. |
| * The Tree Top apartment's daily rate is subject to an additional $75 cleaning fee. The weekly rate for the apartment includes the cleaning fee. Additional guests not originally invoiced are $40 each per night and are accepted at owner's discretion. There is a $200 damage deposit for children 12 years old or younger. The damage deposit is fully refunded if no damage has occurred. |
| A $300 deposit is required to hold your reservation. The balance is due 60 days before your arrival date. The deposit is refundable, less a $75 booking fee, if canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival date. Payment may be made with pay pal, cash, checks, travelers checks or money orders. For international guests only pay pal, cash and money orders are accepted for payment. |
